Our client acquired a new lease across 4,000 sqft of offices in Millbank Tower. As part of the agreement the landlord was required to undertake works to split the open plan office floor in order to create the desired demise. Route One were instructed to monitor those works on behalf of the client.
Given the existing open plan nature of the floor plate it was essential that issues such as acoustics, fire protection, splitting of services and statutory compliance in general were satisfied.
Not a huge role as part of the overall project but through regular inspection of the work Route One were able to ensure the agreed specification was achieved and the interests of the client were protected.
