Little Britain

The Little Britain Challenge Cup is one of the leading property industry events.  Started in 1998 the sailing regatta attracts entries from all areas of the construction industry. 

The regatta takes place in Cowes each September and this year saw Route One entering a team on board ‘Mojo’, a J120 class yacht.  Following 3 days of racing Route One (with the help of a number of clients!) finished 2nd in the surveyors class. (see link for pictures)

JLL Triathlon

The fifth Property Triathlon took place on Friday 8th July 2011 at Dorney Lake with the event raising £120,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.  For the first time Route One entered a team in the Men’s Relay clocking an overall time of 01:20:42 which we will take for complete novices!

Route One looks forward to organising a weekend of racing around the bay in Weymouth, Dorset (the home of sailing in the forthcoming 2012 Olympics).
